Holmes County Hospital Corporation, d/b/a Doctors Memorial Hospital will conduct a Public Meeting on Tuesday, August 16th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.CST located at Doctors Memorial Hospital, 2600 Hospital Dr., Bonifay, Florida 32425. The purpose of the meeting is to give the Citizens an opportunity to become acquainted with the proposed Equipment Purchase Project for Doctors Memorial Hospital and to comment on such economic and environmental impacts, service area, alternative to the project and other matters of concern.

The meeting will include discussion of the application process and Doctors Memorial Hospital's

action relative to approving, executing and submitting a formal application to USDA Rural
